Holistic by design. Longevity isn't just biomarkers — it's the full picture.

The longevity community
we always wished existed.

Longevity care built by LGBTQ+ doctors, for LGBTQ+ people. Grounded in science. Designed around our lives.

Most care starts with your bloodwork. We start with your whole life. The biology, the load you've carried, and the people who've kept you going. All of it counts here.

The load is different.
The biology isn't.

Every human body ages the same way — telomeres shorten, inflammation accumulates, cellular repair slows. The biology is universal. What isn't universal is the chronic psychosocial load placed on top of it.

Navigating the world as an LGBTQ+ person — the vigilance, the concealment, the discrimination, the years of being invisible in healthcare — produces a measurable, additional biological burden. The science calls it minority stress. It shows up in the data as shorter telomeres, faster epigenetic clocks, and higher allostatic load.

This is what any body does when it carries that load for long enough. We measure it, address it, and build around it.

Community isn't a bonus.
It's medicine.

Research shows that LGBTQ+ people with strong chosen family networks age more slowly — and that identity affirmation has measurable biological effects. Your group chat is a longevity intervention. We're building the space that takes that seriously.

Our approach is holistic by design. Longevity isn't just biomarkers — it's the full picture. Biology, psychosocial load, identity, and community, addressed together. Because that's how they actually work.
